Clientele that are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication will have session deemed as a cancellation.
Late arrivals will also not go over the previous scheduled time slot of one hour.
Clientele will be allowed to reschedule two sessions for every five session package that they purchased without penalty of cancellation.
Any intended rescheduled sessions must be discussed with instructor prior to the session time.
Rescheduled sessions must be done at earliest convenience ( preferably within 2 days) to accommodate for other clientele time slots.
Ex. 5 session pk= 2 rescheduled sessions
8 session pk= 2 rescheduled sessions
10 session pk= 4 rescheduled sessions
1 session= 1 rescheduled sessions
A cancellation is a session that will not be refundable if clientele either “no call, no show” or goes over rescheduling limits as previously stated.
Cancellations are at instructors discretion.
Instructor will communicate if rescheduling needs to happen on their end. Instructor will also communicate possible late arrivals to sessions. This will come at no penalty to clients reschedule limits and will not result in a cancellation.
